Picture yourself in a beautiful landscape with iconic architecture on my Waddesdon Estate Photography Course
The Vale of Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire is the stunning setting for my one-day photography course for adults. Whether you’re an enthusiastic amateur or an absolute beginner, this course will set you on your way to improving your skills – and send you home with some sensational photographs.
Awesome architecture and stunning scenery
Although most of us love taking photographs, many people find that they’re not getting the most out of their equipment, resulting in lackluster pictures. Unlike many photography courses, I feel that learning in a studio is uninspiring – which is why I insist on giving our students something worth photographing!
During this full-day photography course in Buckinghamshire, we’ll have access to some incredible architecture, including the RIBA House Of The Year Award winner, Flint House – an astonishing and modern wedge shaped flint building commissioned by Lord Rothschild and created by celebrated designer Charlotte Skene. We’ll also be photographing the striking contemporary architecture and setting of Windmill Hill and the majestic chateaux style Waddesdon Manor, built by the Rothschilds in the 1870s.

Exposing your camera’s whistles and bells
During the course, we’ll be mastering the art of capturing fantastic photographs as we learn to use manual settings and play with shutter speeds to achieve incredible results. We’ll also get to grips with composition and layering of images – all within this unique and breathtaking setting. This Flint House photography course is a complete one-off and is designed to help adults make the most of their photographs – whether it’s a family day out or a holiday in an exotic location. I’ll show you some great tricks of the trade – including settings that you didn’t even know your camera had!
This architecture photography course is conducted by professional photographer, Lillian Spibey whose career has taken her through Europe, Eastern Europe and the United States of America. Passionate about photography, Lillian delights in sharing her knowledge and expertise with our photography students.
The architecture photography course at Waddesdon, which takes place on Saturday the 12th of October, runs from 11am to 5pm and includes access to the Rothschild estate, tea and coffee and a delicious lunch prepared by Waddesdon. All you need to bring with you is your camera, tripod and shoes comfortable enough to explore this glorious landscape.
This unique photography course in Buckinghamshire is for adults and is an opportunity for rare access to explore this wonderful estate whilst learning to make the most of your photographs. As well as fitting in expert photography tuition, there’ll be plenty of time to take in Waddesdon Manor in all its splendour; from morning daylight shots to atmosphere photographs in late afternoon.
