I have a relationship with light. In its glory it can make an everyday photograph appear whimsical and magnificent. Other times it can interfere and detract from the subject that I am photographing. I have been working to get light in its favourable manner, highlighting times we often take for granted or skip over. Whether it’s cast across a child’s face, framing a loved one’s quiet moment or just catches your eye on a Sunday walk – it’s all around us.
