I photographed this sweet family together in early January, as they had travelled far and wide to be together for the holidays. We had originally planned the shoot to be outdoors, in the woods with a brilliant view point, but mother nature changed our family photograph ideas, and rained all day instead! So we moved indoors and took their family photographs in front of the Christmas tree, which was brilliant. At one point we had some dry weather, so we moved outdoors for the natural light and lovely garden as a back drop. That was when I was able to snap the sweet photograph of Katherine and her niece and nephew together. I love photographing families together, and capturing moments like this one is great fun.
